If you already own the PC or 360 version, there’s no compelling reason to pick up the PS3 version as well. However, the game is a must-have for any self-respecting fan or RPGs or games in general. No matter how many pretenders call themselves “the first masterpiece of the next generation,” none come close to fulfilling that role the way Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion does, and the PS3 version lets Sony die-hards in on the fun as well. Ilmassa kelluvat radat ovat täynnä hyppyreitä ja kieppejä, monttuja ja esteitä, ja radalta suistuminen on huomattavan helppoa. Tavoitteena on ainoastaan päästä maaliin, eikä aikarajaa ole. Pelin viralliseksi koukuksi on mainittu verkkopeliä. Kansainvälisiä mestarikuskeja vastaan ajaminen on ihan eri leirin puuhaa kuin yksinpelin lempeä kisailu. Tämä kieltämättä kannustaakin panemaan parastaan, sillä parhaat ajat näkyvät kaikelle kansalle virallisilla tulostauluilla. |

On helppo uskoa, että se aika tullaan mittaamaan vuosissa. |

Taistelussa painopiste on taikuudessa, jonka avulla voi muun muassa muuttaa muotoaan. Kaikkiaan pelissä on 96 erilaista loitsua, joita voi lisäksi yhdistellä toisiinsa. Myös moninpeli onnistuu. Demossa voi pelata pelin ensimmäisen kappaleen alun ja kokeilla viittä eri moninpelimuotoa viidellä eri kartalla. (koko 503,7 MB). |
11.04.2007Oblivion (PlayStation3) - PGNx Media - arvio: 9,8/10Oblivion does a lot of things extremely well, and everything else very well. The main quest, side quests, townspeople, graphics, open-endedness, etc combine to make one of the best videogames available on any console. The game lets you do whatever you want, since a reload is only a few button clicks away. And that freedom is something very few games can actually deliver. As I mentioned above, the PS3 version does have the Knights of the Nine content built in. If you haven’t played the game, you definitely have to as soon as possible. |
